She actually said “The DOW is over fifty thousand do… I don’t know why you’re laughing!” it sounded like she was going to say “fifty thousand dollars” but got side tracked mid word.

Same. I’m sure Bondi thought the dollar sign in front of it though. She was just parroting from a paper, she probably doesn’t know what the DOW number means or stands for, which may help her into believing its somehow relates to the Files.

Nah if the Dow hits $50k, I’m only marginally worse off, that sounds like some former billionaires problem!

It’s interesting what they’ve done, they separated the iconic personas of Batman into two separate characters. The one you see now is Owlman, who is the rich, trustfund kid, but dweeb version of Batman. Meanwhile, another character named Rohrscach, who is poor, but personifies the badass, street smart and indomitable version of Batman. An Easter egg at the opening credits of the film are the Waynes dying, including Bruce. Those two personas of Batman went to those characters instead, because Batman doesn’t exist in this universe.

      Edit: clarity

You could split their morals too.

Rorschach has shit morals. But his morals are rock solid. As in, he’s cool with murder, hates gays, etc, but he’s not going to budge on an issue he sees as problematic.

Owlman doesn’t like murder and generally more morally sound. But he buckles under zero pressure.
