TOS s3e1 “Spock’s Brain”
For a guy born into a society that supposedly left bigotry behind mccoy sure was racist
I suspect some of that characterization went into Mass Effect’s favorite space racist Ashley Williams.

Proper fashion:

The Nehru jacket is bound to come back around. Not as confident about the manboob window.

Perfection.
Hey don’t shame mighty Khan. He surely has reasons for that. He was in harsh conditions on Ceti Alpha V for a long time. Maybe he was breast-feeding the other augments?
A solution I’d not, nor would ever have, considered.

Kahn makes it work. I couldn’t pull that look effectively.
ToyStory tried:

“Dammit, Bones–I can’t let you wear this to the Met Gala on Versace-Delta!”

Turns out the Tartan Clan are somethin’ to fuck with.
Old school Star Trek, beams and transmissions to the skull. STNG: Check out this technologically superior collection of races with wires and shit jammed into their bodies. Ds9: Same. Voyager: We like to mix our body horror with curvy female forms. Discovery: We are all over the place in timelines. We like jamming tiny robots in your body, Borg don’t know shit about penetration. (I havent watched anything else except Academy)
They certainly have their phases.
- After Voyager was Enterprise. The look for it was a continuation of the “Dick” Berman era sex appeal, but has plenty of worthwhile characters, episodes, and moments.
- Lower Decks is great if you like the sillier episodes plus a shit ton of Trek trivia. The look is just a hair ahead of the golden age shows for the sake of its timetable.
- Prodigy, while aimed at a younger audience, becomes recognizably “Trek” by the second half of season 1. There’s some odd uniform choices, but nothing too crazy.
- Strange New Worlds can be hit or miss for most. The restyled TOS era uniforms actually work well and the costume department for everything else is outstanding.
- The Animated Series… it’s weird in a good way. The look is any cheaply produced Hanna Barbara cartoon of the same era.
