Yes, Alex Pretti was murdered. There’s another picture just before the ICE attack showing the only thing he was holding was his phone.
Even if he had reached for the gun, he was 100% neutralised by the time they murdered him.
It’s called executed when the government does it.
Execution implies killing as part of some formal process. It’s still barbaric, but it’s not a bunch of rent-a-cops on steroids holding someone on the floor while their mate emptied his gun on the victims back.
