Can people like these be sued? If your kid gets infected then it’s child endangerment right? And if they say they weren’t aware they were contagious then you could argue that the vaccine is a reasonable precaution. Let them argue their anti-vax bullshit in front of a jury.

I’d imagine so. I’d be surprised if RFK jr isn’t personally sued before all of this is over.

Good luck. The administration has said it is a “personal freedom” thing.

What if the kid gets infected because they aren’t vaccinated because their parents are also anti-vax? If I were on that jury I’d vote guilty but award the parents nothing because both parties are at fault.

    Is it terrorism or vaccination?

Some people are just crazy. Why not deport this guy instead of some random Hispanic?

It’s ridgefield, so it’s probably them trying to infect people purposefully.

Is Ridgefield infamous somehow for its crazies or something?

I wouldn’t say infamous. But there is a stretch of suburbs north of Vancouver WA that has a lot of churchy people. Ridgefield, Battleground. That’s where you find Trump flags and coal rolling trucks.

I used to live up that way. North Clark county and Cowlitz county has some beautiful countryside inhabited by some really ugly people. They even have their own park:

I love going for drives up there. I like the cute little farms with the goats and cows. I pretend they aren’t maga, but I won’t get out of my car lol.

You can be contagious for several days before symptoms appear and you even know you are infected.

I think OP is assuming this guy is unvaccinated, what with how odds highly favor that scenario. In which case, he is responsible if he spreads the disease.

Measles will destroy your existing immunities so it’s definitely not vaccination.

So cool that we have allowed people the “freedom” to opt out of shots and now have Bobby Brainworm monkeywrenching things even further than that already way-fucked-up situation.

The idea that you can opt your kids out of vaccinations because of “religious or personal beliefs” and then send them into public schools is one that I’ve always thought is just bonkers.
