If we’re going to have imperialism and colonization I’d much rather it happen somewhere where there aren’t cultures to be destroyed.

If nuclear fusion ever becomes a human controlled form of energy then the moon is going to be ripped to pieces. It will be become the new oil for big corps. Sadly this won’t be to liberate humanity but a new form to exploit people.
