I very rarely do this, or even get games at full price, but I just did it recently for Crimson Desert. I was worried at first that I’d made a mistake since the start is so rough, but I ended up loving it.

The last games I preordered before that were Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii and Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Low risk, since I like the franchises.
