In Idaho, public defecation is considered a misdemeanor offense, typically resulting in penalties of up to 90 days in county jail and/or a fine of up to $300, depending on local city ordinances. It is illegal to defecate in public, including on streets, in parks, or in public buildings.

That’s a really good point. Just drop your drawers and take a shit on the floor in front of the bathroom since you’re not allowed in. 3 months is better than 5 years!

Also, it’s goddamned ridiculous that it’s far less serious to publicly defecate than to go in a bathroom and use a toilet.

How about we just make seperate bathrooms for MAGA. I don’t want those peeping Toms and Tammy trying to look at my private parts.

The collapse. If you can measure the sanity of an empire by it’s laws, this is stage 7 rot.

I did think the potato quality had dropped recently. It seems it reached the state government.

Even if you’re a raging transphobe and actually believe trans people shouldn’t/don’t exist, 5 years in jail for going in the wrong bathroom is fucking insane and kind of gives the game away that these people are performatively cruel shitstains. (In case there was any doubt)

Quick question: If a person is sentenced to 5 years in prison for this, and they need the bathroom while in the prison… do they get another 5 years every time they go?

Let’s start a gofundme to send Buck Angel to Idaho. They’ll change their mind when they see Buck and which bathroom they’ve now legislated him to use.

Stop using trans men like this. It doesn’t work like that and never has. Actually doing it would put trans men at further risk of violence, and these legislators do not care one bit about who is using the bathrooms or not. They just want to criminalise being trans in public, which this is very effective at doing - since you can’t safely use either bathroom in reality.

That’s sad if true. Is there someone else that can get the point across without even needing to utter a word?

Buck Angel, a 59-year-old with gender dysphoria who identified himself as “a transsexual man,” told Fox News that when he began transitioning 30 years ago, there was a system and structure that ensured he was certain about his gender identity. He said that process, to children’s detriment, has since deteriorated.

“Now we have trans with no gender dysphoria, no need for mental health care, self ID, affirmation therapy,” Angel, who said he’s “a huge advocate for mental health care,” told Fox News. “That says to me on some level, some form of indoctrination.”

Angel, who said he never felt female, told Fox News he was one of the first in Los Angeles to use hormones to transition. He eventually became a porn star before becoming an advocate for self-acceptance with a mission to re-define gender.

“I’m an elder in a community I helped build,” Angel, who said he’s faced significant blow back for speaking out, told Fox News. “Now I’m being told that I’m old and antiquated.”

“Our community is failing our community,” he added. “We’re not being loving and we’re not being caring. We’re being weird.”

Angel said his parents allowed him to socially transition when he was a kid, meaning he could make behavioral changes, like using a new name and dressing more masculine. He also said it was a long process before he was allowed to receive hormones in his late 20s.

“I see a vast, huge desire to fast track, for lack of a better term, these children into this space of trans kids” and put them on puberty blockers, Angel told Fox News. “I personally believe blocking puberty could be disastrous.”

Yeah Buck Angel is the type of “got mine, fuck you” conservative now.

Step 1) turn up heat in chamber and offer free drinks to all Republican house members and proceed to filibuster the next bill

Step 2) close all men’s rooms in the facility.

Step 3) place female police officers inside every women’s bathroom in the facility.

Step 4) put mug shots of every arrested Republican on the front page of the paper.

bonus: make them all register as sex offenders.
