minus-squareTempus Fugit@lemmy.worldOPlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·6 days agoI wouldn’t say the cheese is all that dark. It’s a pan pizza made out of a bread style dough and I have a consumer oven. 450°F for ~20 with 5 min on the burner to crisp the bottom.
The cheese is so dark, but the pepperoni isn’t crispy!
