Yes. Once when i was fat the only exercise I did was pace up and down my lounge room. I wasnt leaving the house much at that time. I did lose weight (lived off pizza mostly) and eventually things got better. For a while.

If you feel shame but refuse to change your behaviour then I guess you’re just an asshole. You know you are doing wrong but continue. There’s nowhere good to go from there.
