I’ve never broken the median income for my city and I have retirement savings. I can see how my situation would change if I had kids, but if your employer gives you benefits like an actual human being, it is as simple as opting into the 5% deduction or whatever. It comes out before taxes and before direct deposit so you barely notice it is even missing.
People spending that much on a car have no one but themselves to blame. Even on a 36mo loan, you can get several perfectly nice models brand new for half that. Less if you’re okay with a subcompact.

My building is on an old chiller system, so my AC is off ~5 months out of the year. My windows are open the entire time, and I usually have fans set up too to try and keep things cool.
When my AC is on, absolutely never. It is hot here like 7 months out of the year.
Everclear is excellent for making tinctures and liqueurs. You’re not supposed to drink it.
Carbon steel is a great option, it’s basically cast iron but lighter. If you can’t be bothered to maintain the seasoning, nitrided steel is also an option.
Be very wary of any nonstick coatings like Teflon, they’re basically all poisonous to either you or the planet.
This seems like a nothing burger. Plenty of things you shouldn’t ingest like BPA, plastic, and solder are perfectly benign when used to construct consumer electronics.
I’d be more interested to hear they found something that leeches through the skin being used to create the body of the headphones.

Honestly I think its been years. There’s some hard water on the lid, but no traces of mold or anything like that. It also tastes and smells normal to me.
