He is a honorary european that’s why he is considered a great guy by
nobodyeverybody.
That’s a stupid and plainly wrong point. Do you think that World War was limited to Europe?
I’ve never argued that allies were *good* soviets hated jews as much as nazis, and killed people en masse for breathing wrong way.
Yes, that’s what ‘second world war’ means. Do you think it’s any different now with m*scovia?
No, because Hitler started second world war which resulted in 60-70 million deaths.
Interesting write up, you are really passionate about bikes 😄.
I’m sure there is a lot of problems with creality, but are you sure that you have an original one? Parts not fitting is really strange.

6·13 days agoHis statement reads as “blocking ads is piracy …” , it’s factually not true, not that “it’s moral to block ads even though it’s piracy”. Which still isn’t true but can be accepted as not an unpopular opinion.

4·13 days agoActually this is an unpopular opinion or your circle is so different from the average that you are almost aliens, I have yet to meet someone that would sincerely say that they think that not watching ads is breaking social contract.

7·13 days agoUnderstandable position and truly unpopular. My opinion is - ads are the raison d’être of surveillance capitalism of today and they often exploit our psyche in a ways that border on mind control, so minimizing my exposure to them doesn’t break social contract, and most people don’t block ads not because they think that it harms someone but because they don’t know that it’s possible.

17·13 days agoIt does not have anything to do with sea so it’s not piracy, nor is it copying without license. You aren’t in a contract with people that show you ads, there is no legal requirement to do it. I don’t care about their commercial interests but care a whole lot about my time and interests, I feel no obligation to do it, nor care if some ad-supported thing will stop existing. Like fuck them lol.
Apparently they do international shipping, but it might be more expensive to you then buy it locally.

Showerthoughts@lemmy.world•Considering that LLMs are trained on the whole of the internet, it's kind of amazing that they don't talk back to you like a condescending, smug assholeEnglish

Local manufacturers and bulk prices, unless you are in Ukraine I don’t think names would help. 🙃
I mostly buy petg that costs less than 8-9 euros per kilo. It happens sometimes.
True, but sometimes it happens.

I’ve read the paper more or less fully, first of all it’s a cuban crisis re-enactment so nuclear threats are given, second one of the models is not like the other two, third it’s just weird and feels like it’s written by llm, a lot of comparisons and prose-like style.
