  • I am a bike rider and a car driver and I 100% agree with this. Everyone needs to follow the rules. When I’m driving, I let a bike go even if I think I have right of way. It adds 10 seconds to my day. Same thing with Bike. I give people the right of way and stop at light and stop signs looking both ways.







  • Also the recipe. So the protein is bacon. Few healthy eating awards for this one. Cook and drain the bacon then add diced onion and bell pepper (5 mins cooking each). Cook until the onion is translucent and then add the beans and 2-4 cloves of garlic depending on taste. Make sure to rinse and drain all the canned item contents except for tomatoes (28.5 oz). I would use Pintos and Chickpeas as beans (16.5 Oz) but we all have preferences. There’s going to be a decent amount of salt and fat from the bacon so I would cut the tomato paste to 2 tablespoons. Seasoning is going to be 1 Tbsp Chili Powder, 1/2 Tbsp Oregano, 1/4 TEASPOON of Cumin.
