It’s a trap. Like in the famous documentary, ‘The Santa Clause’, if you examine the crash site the drivers body will disappear and YOU will become the Door Dasher, and be required to fulfill all of their commitments.

I’m sure someone has tried it, but it would be interesting if a Chinese American whose family has been running a Chinese restaurant in the US for a century opened up a location in Hong Kong.

I wonder if the locals would snub it, or find it kitchy and charming.

Interesting! I wish it was that easy to start a business in the States. Sucks seeing so many empty store fronts in even high traffic areas, at least in my city. Licensing, rent, and zoning snuff out many businesses before they start.

Edit: or 00 flour. Finely ground flour from soft wheat for superior elasticity.

Is that a thing? Is it just a property owner keeping a business running the bare minimum to hold into their licenses until they find a buyer or something?

Nasty customers leaving messy tables. Host/server breathing down your neck to bus their section yesterday. Dishwasher disappeared so they need you to pitch in at the dish sink. The bin behind the bar is overflowing.
