/e/ OS is not a Linux based OS. It is a fork of LineageOS, which is a fork of AOSP. I run /e/ on a FairPhone 3+.

Dual UK/US citizen here . . . living in the Scottish highlands. Hate to break it to you mate, but Brits do not think about this. Ever. 1/3 of the countries on Earth celebrate their independence day as being independent FROM England. The US just isn’t that special.
