That also depends. Either my company it’s in an agreement and company policy that you sign to follow. Like dress causal, don’t speak bad about the company on social media. Recent news about this guy, he’s in a union. He has more protection than your average worker.
It varies depending on the company. I can at my current job but I’m sure at most big to major corporations, likely not.
