I mean, it’s sad that they were more concerned about a lawsuit than the health of the people involved, but that’s just showing that this sort of thing is effective. The exec wanted the request approved so that this very thing didn’t happen, but it was apparently too late. The whole thing is very sad but I’m glad that’s the position the execs had over “lol, no”.
