Russia wants Europe to get caught up in the Middle East so they won’t be able to support Ukraine. That’s all it is.

And then after Ukraine… probably Poland. Who knows.

      These guys never stop.

Some seem to think Israel only wanted Gaza. Russia only wants Ukraine…

And then they will chill out.

      Nope.

Apparently, so does tramp…mmm. I guess the only way to get a break with tramp is to…send drones to Iran, like his buddy putain?

Not all. Russia is also supremely interested in NATO breaking up. So sowing dissension between NATO members (mainly US and all the rest) is also the point.

Trump is of course doing very well all on his own in attempting to reach that goal, but Russia will stoke that fire until it finally happens.

No, they want the oil price high so they can get foreign-currency earnings they can use to buy weapons and keep their economy ticking over. And Netanyahu and Trump delivered that.

It also goes to show once again that Russia does not have allies, they have opportunities. Iran was supposed to be one of their closest allies, but Russia is basically throwing them under the train for slight advantage in Ukraine.
