What else could really help, would be unionizing other types of crime, even as these might be legal workers here. But gang and cartel members being unionized could really cut down on violence, help get rid of bad bosses that run feudal operations, and get a better safer working environment.

I mean, unironically the lower levels of cartels and such unionizing probably actually would help with unnecessary violence and stuff lmao

Not sure a cartel could still work probably if it’s members were unionized, but still

Street gangs would be an easier sell on the unionization. Haiti could be a good place to start. It could reduce violence considerably. But also in the US. Cartel unionization would be a rough drive I imagine there would be some resistance, but in the right circumstance you could maybe do it.

Many of these low level guys don’t make that much, and face a lot of dangers on the job. Everyone would be better off if they unionized, and as long as drugs are illegal as such there will be a market they will exploit.
