I made a pork tenderloin, covered in Greek yogurt and lemon juice then crusted with panko, rosemary, and sage with some salt and pepper.
I served it with Jasmine rice cooked in chicken stock and butter, then mixed in lemon zest and real parmesan cheese.
Mixed veggies as well for green stuff.
