Biden’s legacy will be genocide. History is written by the victors, but the younger generations get to have the last word. And there is a very clear generational divide on this issue.
Three months after the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas attacks and Israel’s incursion into the Gaza Strip, the internal message laid out in gruesome detail scenes observed by United Nations staff who visited the area on a two-part humanitarian fact-finding mission in January and February.
The staff reported seeing a human femur and other bones on the roads, dead bodies abandoned in cars and “catastrophic human needs, particularly for food and safe drinking water.”
But the U.S. ambassador to Jerusalem, Jack Lew, and his deputy, Stephanie Hallett, blocked the cable from wider distribution within the United States government because they believed it lacked balance, according to interviews with four former officials and documents seen by Reuters.
Given he kicked off the reprisals against Israel’s largest Ghetto with Blood Libel against the Marauders, accusing them of beheading 40 babies was it? He personally saw the evidence, and then never corrected himself. He also never addressed the fact that 30 percent of the incursion’s casualties were military personnel, and that the Israeli military killed a lot of their own civilians under the Hannibal Directive, to prevent their ransom.
So that’s a far far higher percent of casualties that are legitimate targets than Israel ever got in any of their slaughters of the palestinians, even without accounting for how many of those 70 percent of civilians were killed by the Israeli military. Then we could look at how many of the hostages that died died from Israeli weapons, I am sure it’s virtually all of them. From all of the ones they hit with airstrikes, to the two that broke free and waved down the Israeli military that summarily executed them as they were wont to do with palestinian civilians.
Biden never once tried to moderate the Israelis, not for real, he made a symbolic show of stopping a few shipments of certain types of bombs, all for show obviously. Even past republican presidents moderated Israel, but our “most progressive president ever,” didn’t.
Don’t let anyone tell you it’s the voters’ fault the democrats lost. They went out of their way to spite their base every chance they got. They knew they couldn’t win furthering this tactic, and did it anyway. Can’t teach an old dog new tricks, they know roll over for israel, for the corporations, and they know to bark and chase off their base while groveling before the base of the opposition. Like it’s 1990 still and the Republicans aren’t playing bad cop to d good cop, but hitler, and openly trying to fix elections. But no, let’s continue with the lesser of two strategy while getting worse every term, now further right of george h w bush, let alone nixon. Biden could maybe give Bush Jr a run for it.
