I’m gonna say it. I’ve read enough of your posts to get a good picture. You need independent living skills. You don’t have to go NC but need the ability to say “no” to mom without bending to the narcissism.

I get a base month of Pto but it’s not designated as a sick day. I just use it how I want (usually for emergencies lol). But I can earn like 2 more weeks as well. Which I know isn’t great compared to a first world country but most of my friends don’t get anything.
